NO ASSISTANCE FROM HOST PRIOR TO OR DURNING STAY
Email twice and message on phone twice, prior to arrival, no response. Entry code note given until 3pm one hour prior to 4pm check-in. Those traveling unsure if they had a place to stay. On arriving after 9pm there was no TV. Called to host, did not pick-up. Message left after 10am the following day about the TV, discovered there was no cable to TV and no batteries in the remotes. Adult grandson had to purchase cable & batteries to remedy the situation for his children. He did take him newly purchased cable (as not even a curtesy response from host) batteries were left in the remotes.
Spoke to housekeeping before 11am (check-out date) to inform her of there was no TV in cabin #4, for the next guests, asking her to inform host because we had received no assist or response from when I informed him.
