Private Nantucket style waterfront estate w/ beach, deep water slips and a 180 waterview. Expansive western sunsets on Fishing Creek located @ Thomas Point. Neighhorhood park is two blocks way. A perfect location ~5 miles to downtown by car or ~20 minutes by boat.
Outdoors - private beach, dock w/ TV, 2 firepits, 12 Adirondack chairs, 10 ppl sectional, large umbrella. 2 loungers off the master BR. Kayaks and paddle boards available
Sleeping - Up to 14 via king bed, full on full bunk bed, 2 full beds, queen pullout, 2 air mattresses
Dining - 10 ppl in formal DR, 6 in breakfast nook
Cooking - gas Viking range, grill, outdoor griddle, smoker
Living - 2 living rooms
Game Room - there is a pool table, shuffle board table, darts, foosball, can jam, bocce ball and cornhole
Gym - 5-75 lbs dumbbells w/ power rack, bench, preacher curl, inverted ab station, leg press, treadmill
