Bright and comfortable apartment. Close to the historic center and local shops and services, the Trésums district in Annecy is the perfect harmony between town and lake.

Located 100 m from the lake and the bike path and a 3-minute walk from the historic center of the old town of Annecy.

You will have a closed garage in the basement.
