Order the day before for the following day; a flyer is available in the flat.

Check-in is available daily between 4pm and 9pm, when a member of staff will be on hand. After 9pm, a late check-in fee of €20 will apply. Thank you for your understanding.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we’d be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. However, we can only confirm this on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not being taken over that same evening.

🧳 To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly recommend using the “Lockin” luggage storage facility at 2 Rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
