  • Located in the heart of the pedestrian streets of the old town, (5 minutes from the lake, 10 minutes from the train station on foot), this charming studio of 25m² with mezzanine will bring you the necessary comfort for your stay. Strolling through the streets of "Little Venice", swim in turquoise waters, or walk on her there.

    Housing
    The studio has been partially refurbished and refreshed with care. It is located in the heart of the pedestrian streets of the old town close to the Palais de l'Isle, on the 2nd floor. The street offers many restaurant and bar as well as shops. The view from the studio with an inner courtyard and behind the castle. Parking is nearby.
    The apartment sleeps up to 4 people. A new mattress 140x190 and a sofa bed 120x190 nine also. The kitchen is equipped with fridge (+ freezer), microwave combination oven, cast iron plate.
    The linen is provided.
    No smoking in the studio.

    From the studio you can move without any foot problem in Annecy as well as buses. The station is also 10 minutes walk. In addition, we offer two bikes with baby gate if necessary and requested.
