This apartment is located in the city center, just a few steps from the lake (5 minutes on foot) and close to the old town (historic district 10 minutes on foot).



It is in a high-standard residence with an elevator (10 steps to access it).



The accommodation includes a living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a 160 cm double bed and one with two single beds), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet.



You will also enjoy a beautiful 35 m² terrace, ideal for dining and relaxing in complete tranquility. The apartment is perfectly laid out, with no wasted space, practical for daily living, and offers plenty of storage.



A garage is at your disposal 50 meters from the building (on the street just behind). It is not suitable for vans or large SUVs.
