Superbe appartement spacieux proche de la vieille ville, trÚs propre, pas de surprise, conforme à l'annonce. Nous avions un peu de mal à trouver l'allée des Ducs il vaut mieux programmer rue de l' Isernon sur le GPS

TrĂšs bonne communication avec l'Ă©quipe de la conciergerie qui nous a dirigĂ© vers fĂ©rdĂ©rique. Celle ci a rĂ©pondu a tous nos messages pour que notre arrivĂ©e se passe au mieux, et a fait le maximum avec l'Ă©quipe de nettoyage pour nous accueillir un peu plus tĂŽt que prĂ©vu ( trĂšs apprĂ©ciable). MERCI pour cela Ă  frĂ©dĂ©rique, ainsi que pour son accueil professionnel mais aussi trĂšs sympathique. L'appartement est propre, trĂšs bien agencĂ© et parfaitement situĂ© pour tout faire Ă  pied ( vieille ville, gare, lac). Un tout petit bĂ©mol, sur l'annonce il est notĂ© garage ou nous espĂ©rions y mettre les vĂ©los de location mais ce n'Ă©tait pas le cas et pas d'accĂšs aux poubelles au sous sol ce qui nous a obligĂ© Ă  les laisser Ă  l'Ă©quipe de nettoyage. A revoir donc, mĂȘme si cela n'a pas gĂąchĂ© notre agrĂ©able sĂ©jour.

Appartement bien situĂ©, proche de la vieille ville (10-15 mn Ă  pieds) et des axes routiers (proche autoroutes et voies rapides). proche Ă  5mn Ă  pied d'une grande surface et pharmacie, des arrĂȘts de bus (bus gratuits Ă  Annecy l'Ă©tĂ©). appartement dans une rĂ©sidence sĂ©curisĂ©e (parking extĂ©rieur et intĂ©rieur) et accĂšs appartement - ascenseur - quartier trĂšs calme. chambre situĂ© Ă  l'arriĂšre donc trĂšs calme. spacieux pour 3/4personnes et plutĂŽt bien Ă©quipĂ©. Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour !
