Wonderful In Every Way

This flat was wonderful in every way! The interior was immaculate and beautifully decorated, comfortable bed and very quiet. We especially enjoyed afternoon tea on the delightfully private patio. The convenience to everything in old town Annecy was a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment in perfect location.

This apartment is perfect for a couple. The kitchen is well appointed with washer, seating at the bar or at a small dining table. Outdoor deck with table is great for drinks, tea etc.Tub/shower with separate wc. Walk up 2nd floor . Excellent location for exploring Annecy.

Peaceful stay in the old city

This was our second stay in the apartment. We like the quiet even though the street outside is full of bars and restaurants, and the market is there every few days. The hosts are super-responsive and the place is charming. We’ll be back for a third time!

Annecy experience

Our trip to Annecy was amazing. It was made special by our stay at the apartment. It is an adorable, well appointed, comfortable place in an incredible location. We had everything we needed and more. It was right in the middle of Old Town, with restaurants and shops galore. We rode bikes around the lake and paraglided over the mountains and lake. This area has some of the most stunning views I have ever seen. Our hosts were responsive and welcoming and left everything we could need.

Lovely Stay in Beautiful Annecy

We had a lovely stay of 9 nights in this beautiful property. It is right in the heart of old town and very convenient for us with the car parked only about 100m away. We visited all that Annecy and the area had to offer and then came back to this lovely haven of tranquility to relax. Old Town Charm

Excellent location in the old town area. Close to shops, restaurants, lake and Christmas Market. Loft was clean and had an equipped kitchen with everything we required. Having a washing machine was a great bonus, Outdoor terrace is very private and would have been great to use if the weather was a bit warmer. Check in was easy and host replied to messages quickly. Would stay again if back in Annecy.

beautiful nice place with the best location in Annecy

This location provides a very nice comfortable accomodation with very modern amenities. We really enjoyed the beautiful inside and we where right in the middle of the action in Annecy. There is not a better location to be in Annecy than here in the old town. Our hosts were immediately responsive to questions about everything. At this location we felt like the cool kids in the place to be. Thank you very much for a great stay!

Perfect cozy retreat while in Annecy

Location is everything! And this was great. Right in the heart of old town! Convenient parking garage to not worry about your car while you enjoy leisurely discovering Annecy’s charm. Apartment well equipped and great vibe. A bit unsure when I first spied the shower but it actually was great!! This apartment will not disappoint!

Lovely stay in Annecy

We stayed for three nights in this very Instagram worthy apartment. So many cute bits of decor throughout, and all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Walked out the door and right into the Tuesday market where we purchased food for dinner that night. Although we had two days of drizzle we walked all around the village menu reading and around the lake for photos. The check in instructions are very precise and we had no issues navigating from the train station only a 6 minute walk. A prefect place to stay in Annecy.

Perfect Stay in Annecy

I just spent three nights in Anne-Valerie's and Philippe's apartment in Annecy. The location couldn't be more perfect; right on the main pedestrian street in the heart of Old Town. The apartment itself it just as advertised and perfect for one-two people. It's on the second floor (American) of an old building (no elevator), but the apartment itself is modern, tastefully decorated and very quiet. Anne-Valerie and Philippe were communicative both before and during my stay; the perfect hosts! I didn't cook a meal, but the kitchen is furnished with everything you'd need, and there's a lovely patio for enjoying a meal or glass of wine on warm days. Annecy is amazing and I can't wait to return to this lovely apartment. Merci beaucoup, Anne-Valerie and Philippe!

Fantastic location

From the minute we arrived, we loved this apartment. It is so well equipped with so many delightful touches. We loved the colour scheme and the way it was decorated. It was great having the courtyard. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room dark and very quiet so we slept brilliantly. One of the best surprises was to open the front door and find the market was just outside. The host and hostess were amazing- they answered our queries immediately and were on hand when we needed some assistance. The location is so central that it is possible to get everywhere in the old town within a few minutes. We arrived by train and had no car, but we found the local bus and boat services took us everywhere we needed to go. There is some wonderful hiking in the area. One further recommendation is the local tourist office who were so helpful and printed maps of the hikes we planned to do. We had a marvellous week and definitely hope to return.

Felt a bit duped when we arrived as we felt the pictures slightly misrepresented the location of the property. It was however well placed in the heart of the town, very easy to access and clean. The nearby car park although felt a bit run down was really close to the property (especially if you chose the correct exit!) the apartment was clean and tidy. The toilet was very small, basically in a cupboard and the bath and shower sunken in the bedroom, with a sink opposite the bed. Then bathroom areas were a little bit old and tired. The kitchen was fantastically appointed and very clean, as was the lounge and dining area. I’d definitely stay here again but just be aware there are no views from the room. There was a lovely but small courtyard garden sandwiched between other properties that was very private.

Fab location from which to explore lake Annecy and Medieval town. Apartment is right in the heart of the hustle and bustle, but also easy to get away from as very quiet once inside. The hosts were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any queries. As an historic building there is no air conditioning but lots of fans available. It's worth noting (not sure if the owners know) that the laurel tree in the outside space is quite toxic for people who have asthma or breathing difficulties. Would really suggest it is removed. Would recommend plants that deter midges e.g. lavender, peppermint. The garden lights could do with a refresh as not many were working. Overall though an amazing stay and holiday ! :)

Sainte-Claire, Annecy

The property is adjacent to Rue Sainte-Claire, the heart of old Annecy. Many shops and restaurants are nearby and you can readily walk to the train, car park and lake. The flat itself was pleasant, quiet and well stocked. The managers, Anne-Marie and Philippe were excellent in responding to both pre and post-booking inquiries. This is a very good VRBO option for two persons staying in Annecy.
