Located at 100m from Lake Annecy, Avenue du Tresum, opposite the swimming pool of marquisats, its Beach, its direct access to the bike path and the gates of the old town. Discover a new apartment in a luxury residence with a terrace offering stunning views on the lake and mountains. Ideal for 4 to 5 people, it consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath, separate toilet and a large living room with open kitchen. Motion sensors, connected to an alarm system, are present but are in no case surveillance cameras.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor WITH ELEVATOR .
The first room is equipped with a double bed 160x200 cm (King Size) and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom offers up to 3 beds (2 single beds and a trundle bed). The apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi and a TV with international channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with rotary heat oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. The bathroom has a washing machine. Linen will of course be provided for your stay.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move without a car during your stay and leave your vehicle in the garage located in the basement of the building . Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path goes all around the lake).

This is a great flat with a lovely balcony overlooking the lake. The location is a 5 minute walk from Annecy old town and can't be beaten - it's perfect for going out in the evening. The road is very busy so it's not quiet on the balcony, but the double glazing is excellent. It has all the mod cons we need (including being able to log into all our TV apps for the teens!) and is clean and secure.

Très bel appartement avec une belle terrasse avec vue sur le lac. Très près du centre ville, tout se fait à pied. Un peu de difficulté à trouver la place, pas suffisamment d'instructions.

Bel Appartement lumineux et agréable, au Rez-de-chaussée mais surélevé jolie terrasse avec la vue sur le lac, et un garage ce qui est un avantage surtout à Annecy 😁

Appartement très confortable et bien situé
Mon séjour s'est très bien passé, mes différents interlocuteurs de La Conciergerie ont été prévenant et ont répondu rapidement à mes différentes questions. l'appartement est très bien agencé,propre et extrêmement bien situé (5 min à pied de la vieille ville ou de la plage des marquisats), peu bruyant car éloigné de l'avenue de Tresum. le grand balcon est un plus indéniable pour manger en admirant le mont Veyrier et le lac. lors de mon séjour, il restait encore quelques travaux en face du balcon mais pas du tout gênant car non visible quand on est assit sur le balcon.

Belle découverte de Annecy
Résidence bien située à proximité du lac et de la veille ville, possibilité de tout faire à pied. Appartement récent bien équipée, propre et fonctionnel sauf la tv qui n'a jamais fonctionné.
Deux points noirs, pas de place parking avec ce logement, obligé de se garer sur un parking payant à environ 200 m de l'entrée de l'immeuble, plutôt galère avec plusieurs bagages et un bébé dans les bras.
Et des travaux tout autour de la résidence, malgré que l'appartement soit bien isolé, on entend quand même marteaux piqueurs et pelleteuses, un peu pénible lors de la sieste du bébé.
Travaux de construction de nouvelles résidences qui doivent se terminer courant 2022.
On reviendra certainement quand les travaux seront finis.

Accueil parfait. La personne était à l'heure.
Essai de ta télévision par contre un peu rapide car nous nous sommes rendus compte qu'en fait l'image était cryptée. Un appel le lendemain à la conciergerie a permis l'envoi d'un membre de la conciergerie et le problème a été résolu. Réactivité excellente de la Conciergerie.
Il n'est pas évident de savoir si les produits de nettoyage ou d'entretien sont fournis ou à la charge du client. En l'occurrence, la boîte de produits à lessive était vide. Il n'y avait qu'un rouleau de papier toilettes. Nous en avons racheté. Pas grave mais il serait utile de le savoir. Le reste était parfait.

Mauvaises vacances
Nous sommes des clients réguliers de Booking et nous sommes très mécontents de notre dernière réservation : Réservation n°2385931266 - Appartement "L'Estrade" à Annecy du 23/2 au 28/2/2020.
Nous avons réservé en dernière minute cet appartement afin de prendre du recul par rapport à notre vie professionnelle et de nous reposer.
De plus, mon épouse devait profiter de cette semaine pour étudier et préparer un examen.
Cependant, qu’elle ne fut pas notre (mauvaise) surprise le lundi matin lorsque notre réveil fut rythmé par des grues, des tractopelles, des marteaux piqueurs, des camions, le tout au-dessous de nos fenêtres et à 7h30 de surcroit !
En effet, il y a un énorme chantier au pied de l’appartement qui engendre du bruit assourdissant tous les jours de la semaine sans interruption de 7h30 à 17h30.
Je vous joins les photos prises des fenêtres du séjour et des chambres (toutes les fenêtres donnaient sur le chantier).
Autant vous dire que nous étions loin des vacances paisibles que l’on imaginait au bord du lac d’Annecy.
Résultat, nous sommes rentrés frustrés, énervés et pas reposés du tout.
De son côté, mon épouse n’a pas pu se concentrer comme espéré pour la préparation de son examen et doit dès lors mettre les bouchées doubles pour se préparer.
Nous sommes très en colère et nous vous réclamons une compensation financière conséquente en rapport au préjudice subit !

Neuf et propre
Appartement offrant de belles prestations.Bien disposé et bien situé dans Annecy. De taille convenable pour une famille de 5 personnes et très bien équipé.
Un bémol pour le parking payant si la location du garage n'est pas incluse, et les travaux en cours devant l'appartement ( un point noir provisoire).
