La Tour du Lac - Beautiful apartment in the heart of Annecy

Discover the city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment can accommodate 4 people, on the 3rd floor without elevator.

The rooms have bed 160x200 and (Queen Size) a private bathroom with toilet. You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a raclette machine...

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 3 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).

🅿️ The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and Sunday) or at the underground car parks of the City Hall.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

This apartment had everything we needed. There was heat wave in Annecy but we were provided with fans which helped. The location was wonderful.

Stayed two nights in Annecy and apartment was great for our short stay. Location is superb right in the heart of Annecy, close to everything. Communication with host, very responsive. If you have a lot of luggage the spiral staircase was tricky.

Fabulous location right in the heart of old town Annecy. Lots of great restaurants, shopping nearby. Only downside to the apartment was parking was not close by and it is a third floor walk up. Be prepared for lots of walking.

Our point of contact was always there when we needed her and was very accommodating during check in and departure. Could have been cleaner; showing wear and age. La situation de cet hébergement était parfaite, situé dans une zone piétonne à proximité du canal. Magnifique! Logement très bien équipé par ailleurs. Cependant, assurez-vous d’avoir des bagages légers. Le stationnement est un peu éloigné et il y a quand même 3 étages pour accéder au logement. Le seul point négatif, la remise des clés n’a pas été simple puisque que celle-ci devait se faire en mains propres. Sinon, tout à été parfait.

L’appartement est vraiment atypique… sol pas droit manque total de luminosité et impossible de pouvoir aérer. Il est propre de bonne taille et est bien équipé. Gros point négatif la remontée des odeurs dans la sdb d’une des chambres…. Et malgré la propreté du ménage il y a pas mal de moisissures dans la sdb qu’il faudrait éradiquer dès que possible. Le contact a été simple sérieux et pro de la part du personnel qui gère la location. Pour finir très très gros problème pour le stationnement !

Mitten im Zentrum der sehr lebendigen Altstadt, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Perfekte Lage. Die Schlafzimmer gehen zu einem kleinen Kanal hinaus. In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Das Apartment in der 3. Etage ist über eine schöne, alte Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. Es macht Sinn, das Gepäck anzupassen. Man kann nicht mit dem Auto vorfahren. Nur 3 min Fußweg zur Tiefgarage mit moderaten Preisen und zum See.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Conforme à l'annonce. Très bien équipé et très bien agencé. Beaucoup de charme. Pas aussi lumineux que sur les photos de l'annonce mais ça ne nous a pas gênés. Certains passages de porte demanderont de baisser la tête même pour les gens de taille moyenne. Nous recommandons très vivement !
