Discover the city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment can accommodate 4 people.

The bedroom has a 160x200 bed and a TV, WIFI, the living room is equipped with a sofa bed. You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped, and all the necessary equipment to have a good stay such as a Senseo coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher...
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 2 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional 20€ will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Great location

Very nice clean property in a great location close for easy access to the city and the lake. Boulangerie/Pâtisserie in the hotel at the bottom of the hill is a bonus. Garage car parking is tight but good place to store a car, just a tight manoeuvre to get it in. We will definitely return to Annecy and this location in the future

Logement très bien mais conciergerie en dessous de tout !

L'appartement est très bien et la situation parfaite. Le bémol: box de parking très petit et pas de wi-fi. En revanche, la conciergerie est totalement nulle. 3 semaines avant le départ, nous avons demandé de décaler les dates d'une journée. Le site sur lequel nous avions réservé ne pouvais pas le faire et nous a dit de nous adresser à la Conciergerie du Lac pour faire la modification sachant que l'appartement était toujours libre. Malgré de très nombreux appels auprès de la conciergerie, chaque interlocuteur me disant qu'il allait s'en occuper, rien n'a été fait et les infos n'étaient jamais transmises. Au final c'est le site de réservation qui a fait le changement et je l'ai aussitôt signalé à la conciergerie. Malgré cela j'ai continué à recevoir des infos pour mon arrivée avec les mauvaises dates, je signale par ailleurs que ces infos sont en anglais ! Au final le propriétaire n'a pas été prévenu des changements de date et il est venu dans l'appartement le vendredi pour attendre une personne qui devait s'occuper de la box (sans succès d'ailleurs). De plus il nous a été demandé de laisser les clefs dans l'appartement au moment de notre départ. Hors il est impossible de fermer cette porte sans la clef et donc l'appartement reste ouvert. Ainsi si quelqu'un vient voler ou saccager l'appartement après notre départ, nous serions tenus responsables. Cette conciergerie fait vraiment le minimum et lorsque j'ai signalé le problème par rapport à la visite du propriétaire, j'ai demandé s'il était possible de partir un peu plus tard et de parler à un responsable. Il m'a été dit que non et qu'on me rappellerai le lendemain ... évidemment j'attends toujours un appel ...

L appartement est idéal piur 2 personnes.le tarif de location est élevé sachant que le garage ne peut etre utilisable qu qu'avec une petite voiture.cet immeuble est au sommet de la bute accès à pied de la route principale en forte pente.

Appartement très agréable, idéalement situé

Cet appartement est situé près du lac (vue sur le lac) et de la vieille ville. Moderne, confortable et bien équipé, il répond à tous les critères d'une location. Seul le garage est un peu compliqué d'accès pour une voiture de type SUV.

Joli T2 idéalement situé

Tres bel appartement dans residence neuve. Tres bien equipé. Tout est là pour passer un agreable sejour meme avec enfant en bas age ( juste prevoir l equipement—— lit bebe) Une chambre un salon avec canapé convertible tres confortable ( vrai matelas). A 5 mns du lac et 10 mns du vieux Annecy. Seul bemol le parking souterrain. Prevoir un petit vehicule pour le box fermé. Oubliez la voiture familiale! Pas reellement de possibilité de se garer en exterieur si ce n est au parking du Tillier en bas de la cote à 5 mns.( payant). Je recommande vivement cet appartement tres bien situé et avec vue sur le lac depuis la terrasse donnant sur le sejour

Appartement neuf dans résidence neuve. Très bien équipé et beaucoup de rangements. Très bien situé, proche du centre d'Annecy avec vue sur le lac depuis le balcon. Très calme.
