Discover the city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment can accommodate 4 people, on the 1st floor with elevator.

The bedroom has a 160x200 bed (Queen Size) and the living room has a sofa bed. You can enjoy the terrace after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, a raclette/ pierrade appliance...
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).

🅿️ The apartment has a closed and secure garage. is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is also possible at the Marquisats car park.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Appartement très bien situé..la place de parking est un plus. Petit bémol. Je pense que la vaisselle n'avait pas été vérifiée. deux verres à pied étaient cassés et il n'y avait que trois petites cuillères..il manquait du produit dans le lave vaisselle sel et rinçage... Rien a redire sur l'accueil et l accompagnement de l'équipe de la conciergerie..

Fabuleux !

Très sincèrement avoir un appartement de cette qualité, situé à 5mn du lac et du centre-ville, avec garage en prime...Des prestations haut de gamme (literie, cuisine ultra équipée grande salle de bain), avec petite terrasse avec vue sur le lac... C'est le bon plan d'Annecy à coup sûr ! Ajouté à cela une équipe fantastique pour nous facilité l'arrivée, en donnant de bons conseils (restaurants, activités, petit dejeuner livré à l'appartement), et le tout avec le sourire, que demandez de plus ? Nous conseillons les yeux fermés !
