This three-bedroom, two-bathroom second floor apartment is situated inside the medieval city walls of the old town of Annecy, just inside the Perrière gate. Spread over 92m², it is set up to welcome six guests.

The decor has funky contemporary touches and there are subtle references to swans throughout. Real swans are to be found just down the road, on the canals and the lake. Bedrooms are spacious, there is lots of storage space, and a great open plan kitchen/dining lounge space.

All in all, we think you and your group will be as enthusiastic as we are about this amazing property! Enjoy!

Please note there is no lift in this ancient building, and there are 32 steps from street level to the front door of the apartment. There is no A/C system per se, but standing fans with a cooling system that helps during eventual heat waves.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.

Memorable Stay in the Heart of the City

We absolutely loved our stay. What a special place with brilliant hosts! The apartment itself is perfect: well-stocked, perfectly clean, and beautifully presented. Central and Comfortable Stay

This flat was perfect for our short stay in Annecy. It was well located right in the center and convenient for visiting everything we wanted to see. The flat felt spacious, and we appreciated having two bathrooms. As others have mentioned, it was very hot during our stay in August, and due to the noise, we couldn’t open the windows. Fans were provided, which helped, but the heat was still a bit much—a small price to pay for staying in such a central and historic building! The host was very welcoming, met us upon arrival, and was very flexible with our arrival time. Overall, a lovely stay, and we would stay again.

A Wonderful Stay at Swansdoors

We absolutely loved our stay at Le Swansdoors. The location was fantastic and the apartment itself was extremely clean and comfortable. Our host, Laurent, was extremely friendly and he explained everything to do with the apartment clearly. He also advised us on where to go and where to book certain activities such as bike riding and paddle boarding. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Le Swansdoors to all our friends!
