  • Located in the center of Annecy in the main shopping street of the city this apartment is a haven of peace with its balcony on the other side on a large quiet park. A dream location to discover Annecy by foot: Lake City and sees 5 min.

    40 m2 apartment with 1 bedroom that opens and closes with Japanese panels which gives a large living room of 30m2 overlooking a lovely balcony. 1 real bed + a sofa bed with linen and towels provided.

    Located in the pedestrian zone and the main shopping street over the city, you are next to the Courier shopping center: supermarket, 10 cinemas, Fnac, H & M, Zara ...
    The beaches are 10 minutes walk, the old town and the tourist office at 5 min walk, you can not be at the center of the city of Annnecy!

    The apartment is close to the train station (2min walk)
    If you come by car:
    An underground parking and secured a fee is just below (20m). The Carnot Parking
    You can rent bikes at the station
