Located on the 1st floor (out of 2) of a quiet and secure building, accessible via an independent entrance from outside, it offers everything you may need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, electric shutters, and a private independent garage — very convenient in the city center.
The apartment welcomes you with a bright entrance opening onto a 27 sqm living area.
The living room features a comfortable sofa and a television with access to more than 200 channels. The apartment is equipped with high-speed fiber internet (up to 1 Gbit/s download and up to 900 Mbit/s upload).
The fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, mini-oven) invites you to enjoy convivial meals.

As a result, access to exit the residence with your vehicle will not be possible approximately between 5:00 am and 3:00 pm. If your departure is scheduled on a Saturday, please make arrangements to park your car outside the residence. A free public parking area is located 100 meters (1 minute walk) from the apartment.
