  • Welcome to our pleasant and modern house, ideal for a holiday between lake and mountains.

    Completely renovated and equipped to accommodate 4 people, with family or friends.
    The house consists of a fully equipped and open kitchen, a warm living room, upstairs 3 small bedrooms, including a bedroom with a double bed 180, and a bathroom. Many games and toys available.
    Very bright house facing east, with the sunrise over the mountains, to the west side garden and terrace.

    The garden is an intimate and relaxing cocoon: a large terrace with outdoor lounge and dining table, a bbq, and a spa.

    Located in one of the most pleasant areas of Annecy, our house is located 2 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes from the local shops, cafes and restaurants of Albigny, and 10 minutes by bike from the city centre of Annecy.

    We love the calm of our area, and the ease of access by bike, car or public transport. We are also very close to the first hiking trails: 10 min walk for the closest.

    The ideal holiday home to enjoy the lake, beaches and mountains around Annecy.
