"Stains all over the property and room. Stained bathroom and showers. Stinky towels. "

"The room did not look like the pictures. We had a leaking shower throughout our stay. Our bathroom floor was sticky upon arrival. My kids & I got stuck by the pool because even with the key card the door wouldn’t open. So we had to walk all the way around to the front entrance. The dog barking next door was just way too much. "

"The food was mediocre and has gone downhill in the restaurant. I come here for a few days each year. I would complain about nothing other than the quality of the food. Unfortunately it was not at its usual standard. Even the Caesar salad was not good … wilted Romaine lettuce, almost no shaved Parmesan cheese or croutons, only a few small pieces of chicken, and hardly any dressing. The cheesesteak egg rolls were not good either. Maybe just an off day. Otherwise I like coming to this hotel for the Artisan Guitar Show every year. And this is the first time I found the food to be lacking"

"The hotel location is near businesses and a highway. It’s about 20 minutes from Hershey Park. It’s a newer place plenty of parking. They have coffee and hot water available in the lobby all the time. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The refrigerator did not cool down even on the lowest setting. I had to put bags of ice inside the refrigerator to keep my food fresh. The staff came to look at it and blamed me for not putting the food in properly. The refrigerator was warm the whole stay. The rooms were clean, the beds needed newer mattresses as they were lumpy and uneven. The breakfast had a great variety of food and was busy with guests. It was easy check in and checkout. "

"Room needed more lighting. No modern charging ports available. Had two adults staying for two days. Only given two towels, two washcloths, no hand towels and the roll of TP on the holder, no extra. I know I could have asked for more but I would rather they not make me do that. The snack store had very little food available. All the staff I encountered were pleasant. The beds and linen were comfy. They told me no one would be in the room since they only offer housekeeping every seven days but my window was open when I returned for the day and it was not open when I left in the morning. "

"Breakfast was lacking. Options were limited. We could here the guests in the room next to us. Way to loud late night. Made for a less than enjoyable stay. Rooms were clean and staff seemed fine. "
