"Anamabo Beach Resort is one of our favorite places on earth! The food is always delicious - favorites include tilapia with banku and grilled lobster when they have it. breakfast is sumptuous and the fresh pineapple melts in you mouth. The staff is always friendly and helpful - many have been at the resort for years, and they never fail to remember our family. Beds are comfortable, and the rustic vibe is so relaxing. We can feel our blood pressure drop every time we come through the gate!"

"Room is small with only 1 outlet to plug in anything. To use my curling iron I have to unplug my phone that I need fully charged before going out. The decorative pillows on the bed has a old dusty musty smell and obviously hadn't been cleaned. When I lay in the bed 🛌 my skin keeps itching 😩. The mattress is VERY HARD, but pillows were soft. The Television didnt turn on. The AC turned off on its own. There is no iron in the rooms or blowdryer for your hair. There is no coffee maker either. This location is 41 mins OUTSIDE Cape Coast City which means you cannot order food delivery or the Bolt rideshare which sucks. However they have a restaurant & bar at the hotel and the chef cooks phenomenally good. The front desk agent Rita is SUPER FRIENDLY 👌 and welcoming. She has a great personality too. The chef needs to work on his people skills. Youre talking to him and he looks so unapproachable and like he dont want to be bothered 🙄. I dont want someone with a mean energy preparing my food. The environment is very quiet & peaceful with lots of greenery and locals on the street. The young lady charged me $10 cedis to iron a T Shirt 👕 when I should have free use of an iron in my room. So I paid her the money 💰 lol. Cameras are all over the property as well."
"The resort was beautifully designed and appointed. The food was good but not great, if we return we would order the gf the menu not the buffet. Very friendly and helpful staff."
"Room was clean, staff very helpful and responsive. Included breakfast had a range of options. Due to family activities, we did not get to use the pool, but looked very clean and inviting. Beds are quite firm. AC worked very well. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in town visiting family."
"The environment was nice but the particular room(family suite) that I stayed in was not properly cleaned. There was rat poop, the bathroom dirty.
The on-boarding was poor. No one told me where to find anything, not even where you’ll have breakfast! Customer service was very poor.
The distance from Accra to the resort was more than 5hrs probably due to road construction.
Though breakfast was nice and the pool was nice.

"From the moment of my arrival, the staff was wonderful. My room was wonderful, it was exactly like advertised, "ocean view'. The sound of the waves was great. The breakfast everyday was a dream, the food was cooked to order. Nice touch! Not a bland generic buffet. The staff ~ what can I say, Titus and the crew, EXCELLENT customer service. Rest, relaxation in a serene environment is what I was looking for and it was what I got. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves very much."
"Amazing staff Black was our restaurant concierge he was a amazing but by the biggest stand out was George who is the property manager from heaven. I cannot say this enough they need to promote give immediate raises and do everything to keep that man. Well knowledged about Ghana and the area attractions very charismatic funny and charming and very kind to my wife and great with our baby. He attended to any issues that came up. Thank you to George you have made our stay on Ghana amazing. The food was solid a bit too Western for our taste we would love more Ghanian options but all still delicious and there was a rowdy group from somewhere in Europe there but all the other guest were Ghanian and very delightful. Amazing experience overall."
"We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach hotel! The food was delicious, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the apartment was spacious and very comfortable. It was truly a pleasure being there, and we felt so well taken care of.
Thank you so much to the entire team for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back again soon!"
"Room isn’t cleaned unless you ask them to, bit nobody tells you that when you check in. Even hanging the sign asking the maid to clean the room didnt work. I still came back 8 hours later to an uncleaned room. At buffet breakfast there were flies everywhere. This could have easily been solved with mosquito coils bit I only got glaring looks when I suggested it. "
