Large room with a great view of Seoul Tower. The room was very clean, staff were helpful, and amenities were perfect. The hotel is in a great location too with easy access to Myongdong

A cozy hotel with good location. Our double twin bed bedroom was spacious. The staff promptly provided a new hair dryer when the one in the room was broken. The room carpet and armchair however, was a bit stained. Everything else was great.

Nothing stood out except the location. The room condition, breakfast, and furniture were all mediocre.
The old, noisy bidet needs to be replaced. The woobly bathtub must be fixed, as it poses a safety risk, and the flooring clearly shows an area that requires repair.
The room condition does not meet the standard of care expected for guests. The experience did not live up to the “Shila” brand.

Excellent price for last minute staff. Located in a port area with several hotels on same block along with restaurants and convenience shops. Room good size with a small balcony. Only challenge was late arrival and restaurant hours. Can’t beat the price!!!

There was stains on the carpet and a bucket to catch water that was dripping in the hallway. Additionally, it’s all the way over in the port. There’s nothing around but oil rigs
