The design and ambiance were both modern and cozy, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location is excellent—very accessible and close to public transport, shopping areas, and many local attractions in the city. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our entire stay. They made us feel welcome and answered all our questions with a smile. It was our first time visiting Korea, so having friendly and supportive hotel personnel really made a difference. We stayed in April and were lucky to find the hotel on sale when we booked. It turned out to be a great value for the price. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and we truly enjoyed our time there. "Loved our stay at Fraser Place. The washing machine in the room was great as it meant we could pack less and have more luggage space to bring home snacks and souvenirs from Seoul. The location of the hotel was excellent. It’s within walking distance to Myeongdong and Namsan tower and right next to Namdaemun market. There are excellent transport links via buses and the subway. The hotel was clean and facilities were great. Staff were also really welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again if I’m ever back in Seoul! Thank you Fraser Place!"
