"A lot of the staff were really friendly and helpful, unfortunately the Manageress lied to us about needing our room for maintenance due to flooding, the hotel had clearly overbooked. The alternative accommodation offered was of a very poor standard. No apologies were given. "

"Nous avons dû acheter liquide vaisselle et papier toilette Quand nous sommes arrivés ,et nous avons dû refaire toute la vaisselle avant de pouvoir l'utiliser. Nous avons eu 2 serviettes pour 2 personnes ,donc on se lave les cheveux avec la serviette que l'on doit utiliser quand on sort de la douche. Pas top niveau hygiène"

La villa est sublime : superbement agencée, propre et très bien équipée en vaisselle, etc… avec une grande terrasse offrant une vue magnifique sur les alentours et au loin l’océan. "Bon séjour. Les 2 appartements sont équipés avec le nécessaire pour y passer un bon séjour. La gestion de l'eau est un point a ne pas négliger sachant que l'eau du robinet n'est pas potable. "En vrac, nous avons noté: Il faudrait déposer un mode d'emploi de la télévision et de la wifi. On aurait aimé avoir des lampes de chevet. La chasse d'eau marche très mal. En fait il n'y a pas de machine à laver le linge. D'après le descriptif, nous ne savions pas si nous serions au rez-de-chaussée ou au premier étage. Mais nous avons bien apprécié le rez-de-chaussée avec une terrasse à l'ombre donnant sur le jardin. Globalement nous étions très contents"
