Stayed for 12 nights. Very quiet and peaceful. The garden very good to relax at. Close to everything. Apartment very spacious and fully equiped kitchenette to prepare your own food if you want. Staff very nice, always with a smile

The kind and helpful staff, spacious apartments with plenty of storage space, good water pressure and hot water supply, nice private roof-top terrace, great for a relaxing family holiday. The location is convenient, close to buses and Laura shopping mall but not too crowded and quiet at night. Will definitely be returning. Thank you for your help with the reservation Esat Bey!

Great small apart hotel with kitchenette
Best budget friendly apart hotel with kitchen in Fener. Great location. Good transport link to any part of Antalya. Amazing beach in a walking distance. TerraCity mall also in a close proximity.

Actually for whatever I am writing here I have pictures as my evidence. We found cleaning is bad. There was cockroach at room and water was cold for showers. But the main issue was safety our money was stolen at this hotel. one day they clean our room and keep the window open. when we told the staffs what happened they denied by saying that never happened in their hotel. The staffs even said to us you should be happy that not all your money was stolen. We responded we did work for money. Anyhow, not only they did not want to apologize us but also put us in the position that caused us feel very unsafe, then we called police. police came and they did fingerprints and so on. Our last three days were awful there. We absolutely felt unsafe there. The staffs destroyed our vaccination. Anyhow, we are looking forward to find a way to get our money back. If the staffs denied what happened to us we will be disclosing our evidences and all pictures and all records we took from this damn hotel where caused us cry and anxiety and unsafe as well as our money which was stolen there. Again, hopefully at least we can get our money back.

Not clean as rated ,bathroom floor flooded with water from under the shower told them to fix it but nothing happened. Bath supplies were empty ,very old towels .location was good Mert at reception was nice only positives

The property is closely located close to the beach and to the venues. Also very private, room was clean. The staff showed great hospitality. Overall had a great stay. Close to the airport as well.

Nice place to stay, very good location, quiet neighborhood, yet close to scenic coast line, Migros grocery store in 2 minutes walk. Pleasant, helpful, polite and welcoming staff. Will definitely return here again in the future.

Nice personnel, comfortable apartment, good washing-machine facilities. The location in a quiet residential area not far from public transport, shops and the coast is also a bonus. I will most probably stay here again on future trips to Antalya. Thank you BMK!

Hello, first of all, all equipment is checked when the guests leave the apartment. There is no vehicle that does not work. The day before you entered your apartment, the air conditioner service came and checked. We would like to inform you that if you inform us while you are staying that there is an inoperative vehicle or a broken situation, we can immediately resolve your complaint.

It is in a good location minutes from shops, restaurants, the public beach, the medical park (for Covid-19 tests before departing) and public transportation. The reception staff of Mr. Omar is friendly and helpful.

Convenient accommodation
Clean& adequate apartment. A little dated,needs a little tlc. Also needs a few more things in kitchenette. No can opener,also a toaster would be useful. Bed comfy, staff helpful. Convenient for hospital appointment. Would recommend.

The place looks much better on the pictures. Its not a bad place to stay but not as good as what you're expecting based on the reviews and pics. I think overall its fine if you need a cheap place to stay and don't care much about little things. The staff doesn't really speak english, they are 3-4 older gentleman who run the front desk. one of them is nice, another is nice but doesn't know much english, and another doesn't really do much at all. my check in was fine however i could tell my room had not been fully cleaned or refreshed. there were balls of hair on the ledge near the window in the shower, it smelled of smoke and I had to ask them to bring some spray in. The pictures show a washer for clothes but the room didn't have it, thought washing clothes with a dryer is pretty affordable and easy. I probably would not stay here again, but im sure there are worse places to stay. this could work for the budget conscious person who can look past a few things. don't book her expecting the ritz.

We are very good in scoring the return of customers who have stayed to us and in terms of your satisfaction, deficiencies are immediately corrected when informed to us during your stay. During the pandemic period, extra cleaning and procedures are applied and controls are provided. All staff serve as friendly and relevant customer satisfaction. Our nighttime staff are security guards. The receptionist works during the daytime. The features are the same in all apartments, only a few apartments have a washing machine. There is a laundry room for other apartments.

Good enough
Not a terrible location. Shops close by, I travelled to Dental Centre Turkey to get my teeth done. Only 10 minutes away. Really nice apartments, very clean. I stayed a week though and not one cleaned in the whole time. Didn’t mind cleaning myself but, could have done with more toilet roll and clean towels etc..
