I would give 3 stars
The location is great and the breakfast was nice, bit the toilet is a bit old, the tus was broken and the bathub was old old. I would give 3 stars for conditions and service of the hotel.

I want to refund my money I tried to contact you but no possible way to get in touch with you I didn’t stay in the room more than 2 hrs and checked out Air conditioning is very hot Electricity cut off two times in two hour Bad smell in the room Room is not clean Bedding is very old

Great location
Hotel situated in a great location to visit the Old Town. Breakfast was nice. Booked a suite, which states Queen bed and single bed. Room looks tired, bathrooms look like they had been refurbished . It was a put you up bed, no top sheet, only a think heavy blanket. No complimentary tea or coffee. That said I went to reception and both the above was remedy straight away. Normally I don't have a problem with sleeping but the bed, was soft, had no support, so not the best night. But like I said overall the hotel was OK, friendly welcome on arrival

One night, not one more...
Compared to advertised pictures, the reality is different. Rooms look old and are small. The hotel is old, sorry but I couldn't feel the comfort of a 4 stars hotel at all. The breakfast is so limited and not tasty. I only spent one night there, that was enough. The only positive thing: the staff is nice. But that's not enough for a good stay.

Good value for location.
Room: specious, clean, nice view over the swimming pool, hair dryer and comfy bed. breakfast: eggs, fresh and dried fruits and continental good choices. Restaurant: Well presented menu. Location: Walking distance to the old city with all attractions and a walking distance to quite few take away restaurants. Positives: laundry and taxi services.

I liked that the hotel is in the centre, WiFi very bad in the room.My children got very sick due to the air conditioner not clean. The breakfast was very nice no stress at all. It’s a really nice place to relax and have a good vacation. The swimming pool was really nice and the start it is not deep then it gets deeper as you go.

The hotel was good and the personal very friendly. but tje way that expedia arrange my booking is not good, I mention that I will pay by the hotel, but expedia take the money from my credit card and expedia didn't pay the hotel. Now im stressing here because the hotel asks me to pay again, that is not confortable, and very stressful

A couple of days in Antalya
The hotel is very good. Located right in the center, within walking distance from most of Antalya's historical sights. The rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast is fantastic and the staff is very nice. The restaurant serves good food for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Good Hotel in Great Location
I enjoyed my stay here at the Best Western. Our suite was a good size. Breakfast was pretty good but a lot of the same thing after a week. The hotel is in the perfect location to shops, restaurants and sites. Would stay again

Good location, nearby shops. Hotel staff kept asking us for payment of the room, which we had already paid for via expedia, i had to show them the receipt on at least 2 occasions. There was cockroach in each of our rooms and some weird insect repellent smell all over the hotel, rooms were spacious. Buffet breakfast was ok.
