İki günlük bir dost ziyareti için gittiğim Alanya'da bu oteli hotels .com dan 2 oda ayırmıştım. Akşam 22:00 da giriş yaptığım otelde kendimi turist gibi hissettim. Recepsiyon görevlisi yabancı Anlaşana kadar biraz zaman geçti.odaya geçtim bir duş alayım dedim havlu yok. İsteyince getirdiler. Bu saate kadar yerleştirmeleri saçma. Allah'tan oda temizdi. Sabah kahvaltısı afiş lerindeki ,resimlerdeki görüntüyle alakası yok. Tek çeşit peynir ,siyah zeytin, kuru fasulye vardı kahvaltıda... :) kısacası vasat ötesi bir kahvaltı .

check in sırasında personel Türkçe bilmiyordu. İngilizcesi de vasat altı. anlaşmak zaman aldı. kimliklerimizin telefonuyla fotoğraflarını çekti. Ertesi akşam otele girerken yine aynı personel bizi hatırlamadığını ve erkeklerin otele misafir getiremeyeceğini neredeyse işaret diliyle anlatmaya çalıştı. Getirirlerse ek ücret ödemeleri gerektiği duvarda yazıyordu. Gördüğümüz muamele buydu.Otel o kadar pisti ki hiçbir yere dokunmak istemedim. O kadar tedirgin edici bir otel ki akşam yatarken bavulumu kapının arkasına dayadım.

Catastrophe

Pas de wifi, pas de chauffage, chambre sale, pas d'eau chaude (selon la réception, il y a de l'eau chaude que quand il y a du soleil). Chambre isolé (vous entendez tout, la voisine d'à côté, où des personnes passant dans le couloir) Bref c'est un hôtel catastrophique, dont je n'irais plus jamais même gratuitement

Dårlig service ringe med rengøring.

Personale fremstår som ligeglad Dørene på værelset binder. vandet i bruser virkede elendigt enten var det koldt eller varmt og intet tryk i bruser. Ville aldrig vende tilbage til dette hotel. Man skal bede om rengøring på hotellet ellers bliver der ikke gjort rent. Efter jeg har påtalt det 3 gange blev der gjort rent. Der skulle være gratis adgang til stranden men 2 uge jeg var der skulle jeg lige pludselig selv betale for det. Valgte til sidst og skifte hotel.

Konaklama sırasında herhangi bir problem ile karşılaşmadık. Zaten gezme amacıyla geldiğimiz için oteli sadece uyumak için kullandık. Aracımızı otelin hemen önüne park ettik. Ama yoğun sezonda müsait olur mu bilmiyorum. Odaya giriş yaptığımızda oda genel olarak temizdi. Özetle fiyat performans olarak tatmin edici bir otel.

Konum olarak cok memnun kaldim ve gunduz resepsiyondaki calisan cok yardımcı oldu. Tek sikinti odada buzdolabı yoktu onun disinda rahatsiz edici hic bir şey yasamadim tek basima oldugum için bir otelde en aradığım şey güvenilir olmasiydi bu konuda içim rahat 3 gün gecirdim. Odadaki esyalar yeniydi banyo falan tertemizdi. Fiyat performas olarak parasini fazlasiyla hakediyor. Benim için uygunluk da öncelikliydi bu konuda memnun edici

Location close to beach, in walking distance to city center, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Had to change room and floor in order to get WiFi, no other language TV channel but a news channel in English from Istanbul. Had to let water run for up to half an hour before it was hot enough for a shower. Hotel is good value for money if you overlook some hiccups.

No wifi in rooms

It took a lot of time to realize there is no wi-fi in my room on 2nd floor. On first day in a spot near entrance door I could access internet, but all other room was a blind zone. Next days on all 3 devices I couldn't open any website. Wifi was left only in lobby(0 floor). I think that limitation was done by purpose. It took a lot of my time to get what is going on, hotel owners do not value your time. Beside that wifi problem, there was a leak under the toilet, so there was water constantly at entrance to bathroom. Air condinioner was weak, did not cool enough. At breakfast personnel do not keep required social distance, phisically touches you. Owner writes you back in Arabic. Not bad pool, enough space in room, but service is bad. Shower cabin near the pool is not private, the lightweight curtain blows in constantly and touches you, I can't imagine why they couldn't place a door there. I left this bad place asap.

Hotellet var flot, så nyt ud med en sød lille pool. Desværre skulle man kæmpe om stederne hvor solen ramte, da hotellet skyggede for solen nogle af timerne. Vi sov på 1 sal, og de første par dage var ok, da der ikke var særlig mange gæster. Men de efterfølgende dage sov vi meget dårligt, da der er så meget larm fra andre gæster. Og da der er så lydt, larmer det helt vildt meget når folk går op og ned af trapperne og snakker/råber imens. Det lød som om de gik rundt inde hos os. Der bliver os vasket tøj kl 2 om natten, hvilket os larmer helt vildt meget, og derfor gik ud over vores søvn. Tror deres vaskeri var på værelset over os. Vi havde bestilt en suite, med dobbeltseng. Men det værelse vi fik, var ikke en suite er jeg ret sikker på. Der var to enkelt senge, som vi satte sammen istedet for. Vi gad ikke at kommentere det, da vi var trætte da vi ankom, og da de snakker meget dårligt engelsk er det svært at kommunikere med dem. Men ellers er de super søde.
