This hotel looks superficially very clean and nice upon arrival however the reality of the rooms and hallways is very different. Rubbish from the rooms accumulates in the hallway trash can, and cockroaches were seen both in the rooms and in the hallways. Thankfully once my friend discovered a cockroach they changed the room. However it still left us feeling uneasy and uncomfortable for the remainder of our stay. The best thing about this hotel is that they give free bottled water at the bar and transport to the beach (via numerous other hotels). The location is good- near the mall and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. However a warning , the beach club they’re affiliated with offers very basic run down sun loungers and you’re better off walking down to an alternative beach club for better facilities. A couple of the staff I encountered were super friendly and some were the complete opposite. All in all I would never stay here again.

Dissapointing level of workmanship. Mildew bathroom. Buffet was not hot enough, the plates are cold as they are stacked too high in the plate warmer. Personal hygeine from staff was an issue.

Mostly relaxing. Great staff
My stay was short and was just to relax after a short backpacking trip from Romania through Istanbul. The hotel and amenities are generally good. It is mostly used by medical tourists so expect seeing people of various states of medical procedures. They advertise a free bus to the beach. But it wasn’t running during my visit. The spa costs are incredibly expensive in comparison to local providers. Food good and changes daily, staff are attentive and happy. Silly rules that don’t allow you to take a single biscuit from the restaurant to eat with your coffee in the lounge let it down a bit. And the sun only hits the pool area in the morning and is in the shade in the afternoon.

Absolutely fantastic, staff and hotel was amazing, we stayed in the Delphin Imperial in February which is a 5 star plus and very posh, we then came to the Laren Family hotel in August because it was closer to the dentist, it was beautiful we preferred this hotel the Laren family hotel is a little gem, all the staff are so friendly and helpful and the night manager was amazing to everyone, he made sure everyone got the best holiday ever.. We will definitely be coming back to the Laren Family hotel.. Thank you all for making our holiday special. The staff and in particular the receptionist in the lobby was running an interrogation rather than welcoming me and my family. He was very rude to the point my wife noticed the unfriendly look on his face from a distance while she was sitting in the lobby. The rest of the staff speak very little English and at one point they told me that I can have free drinks at the lobby than later they came with a bill and charged me for it. The whole experience was horrible and very surprising.

First of all, we are sorry to hear such a pitty comment from our guests: Where as the majority of our quest are foreigners.  As fır your problems; You have made a reservation for three people but you came to our hotel four people. So its obvious that you have to pay extra money for the fourth person. Thats the same for plane tickets. Sorry but You are not allowed to fly four people with 3 tickets.    We offer drinks to all our guests during the check-in related to the beverage issue, as we serve them to you, but you drank extra drinks after you went to your room and it is normal and natural to be charged because your reservation is bed and breakfast.  After that, when you stay elsewhere, our humble advice is to check the number of people and make a reservation.

Great little place to stay. We loved it here. Had 2 rooms and full board. The staff were amazing. We had a hotel customer service rep meet us on arrival, she spoke really good English and explained everything clearly to us. She was at hand everyday to answer questions and would come up to us and ask us if everything was ok with our stay. The rooms were modern and kept clean by housekeeping daily. The pool and bar/ reception area to sit was well maintained. The dinning hall was exceptional and the food choices were vast. The restaurant staff were also really lovely. Free shuttle to and from the beach 3 times a day. You get a private part of the beach you can use and there is a bar / restaurant serving food and cold drinks. We booked 2 excursions thought the hotel and were promptly picked up and dropped off at the hotel after them. Loved it here and the closeness to the sea is really good to walk to.

Left much to be desired
It was OK. Coming from Istanbul and was so looking forward to a fun filled Antalya 4 night beach stay, I was not overawed by the place. Quite some distance from the beaches and unless you use a car to go to Lara public beaches, don’t be fooled by the pics. The front desk lady (Leila) was superb and pretty much was in charge of everything. Although I struggled to understand why they couldn’t clean my rooms until I had to remind them (daily). Next time I’d look to book an all-in-one package at a more upmarket resort as I struggled to find good places nearby for lunch, dinners or in-between snacks. Breakfast was good though.

Rooms. Quite clean and nice-looking, like the rest of the hotel. Bathrooms are separated from the room by a glass wall, which looks ok but not practical. Food - one of the major issues. We had all-inclusive, and it was a huge mistake. Don't bother paying for it, it's horrible. Breakfast is more or less fine, although same food every day and not diverse enough, but lunch and dinner is a joke. They serve mostly frozen foods that anyone can cook in 20 minutes: nuggets, fries, boiled pasta, burgers and rice. They do veg and fruits as well, but it doesn't help as the main dishes are not up to a standard. Alcohol at the bar included in all inclusive is only local, and even for latte you have to pay if you want coffee (cappuccino and americano are free). Turkish cuisine is great and rather cheap, and there are plenty of restaurants around, so better dine out. Beach. Far, but they have a bus every couple of hours. Management and service. This is the biggest issue. They don't speak any english, so communicating what you want might be a problem. They don't check emails, so don't bother trying to contact them. Better call, but again, they don't speak english, They didn't give us any information about the hotel when we arrived, so we had no idea where to take towels or that there is jacuzzi somewhere downstairs. They couldn't even book a cab for 6 people to the airport and we had to split with the family. And they still asked us to give them 5 stars. Location. It is far from everything.

Pool view was OK and room was a decent size for x2 adults, but balcony could be bigger and fridge needs to be cold instead of warm. (but frustrating drinking warm juice while in room during late evening/night time). Buffet dinner was always a different variety of foods each day, breakfast was the same each day although their was a choice of cereals, eggs, omelette, fries, sausages, mushrooms, cheeses & pancakes with a selection of toppings, free drinks were only tea, coffee and water and juices only available in the afternoon from a dispenser machine. Staff on reception were very friendly and approachable and a few speak brilliant English. It's a quiet family hotel with 59 bedrooms, lobby area and pool side we're very nice and comfortable. 1 annoying downside is this hotel does not allow visitors or non staying family to come up to your room for a short while and this rule is not displayed online or on arrival.

Familienzimmer sind ohne Balkon. Das ist mir beim Buchen entgangen. Wir haben dann in ein Dreibettzimmer gewechselt. Die Zimmer waren eng, aber ok. Ich fand sie nicht sauber. Hinter der Tür, unter dem Bett war’s nicht sauber. Die Flure mit schwarzem Zeppich waren nie sauber. Auch nicht am frühen Morgen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war toll. Viel Auswahl und lecker. Im ganzen Hotel waren Menschen, die Schönheitsoperationen hinter sich hatten. Vielleicht bin ich da empfindlich, aber ich fand es unpassend für uns als Familie im Sommerurlaub. Als dann an auch noch ein blutiges Pflaster im Pool herumschwamm war’s mir zu viel und wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist.

Mais pourquoi est-il si bien noté ?
Hôtel bien situé, et c'est le seul point fort de cette établissement, en effet la chambre est très étroite, la literie pas terrible, l'insonorisation des chambres est pas bonne on entend tout ce qui ce dit dans les autres chambres ce qui empêche de dormir et de se reposer, très pénible, le ménage des chambres est médiocre, et la nourriture est aussi très médiocre, le personnel est très gentil à l'exception de 2 où 3 personnes à la réception, donc si vous êtes là pour 3 nuits maximum ça peut le faire mais plus c'est dur.

premiere chose c'est vraiment de l'arnaque !! la plage est loin de 10Km de l'hotel , on paye tout malgrais qu'on a reserver tout inclu ( seulement les 3 repas inclus) il facture tout en euro et si on demande de payé en monai local ils nous exige un taux trop bas. a la plage il nous amene chez parck et on nous donne les plus mauvais chaises !!! les photos ne son pas comme en réalité !! en plus pas de transfert à l'aeroport donc arrétez svp cette mensonge !!! ni accueille ni retour !!!

Comme nous l'avons indiqué dans le concept de notre hôtel, Expedia, Booking et toutes les agences de voyages, la distance de notre hôtel à la plage est de 8 km. Cependant, sa distance de la mer est de 500 mètres. Vous avez déclaré que ces distances que nous avons mentionnées sont fausses ou que nous avons donné des informations erronées, mais comme je l'ai déjà mentionné, nos brochures dans toutes les agences et canaux en ligne sont également indiquées de cette manière. Si vous prétendez le contraire, je pense que vous n'avez peut-être pas lu attentivement les brochures. Dans notre hôtel, ce qui est dans le concept tout compris et ce qui est en plus est également disponible dans toutes les agences, y compris les agences en ligne. L'orange fraîche, les jus de citron, le café turc, l'utilisation du coffre-fort et les boissons sur la plage sont en supplément. Et tout cela est comme annoncé dans notre concept/brochure que nous avons remis à toutes les agences en ce début de saison. Nous avons également des transferts aéroport/hôtel, mais bien sûr c'est aussi un service payant. Ceci est indiqué dans tous les catalogues de cette manière. Merci sincèrement.

Nous avons réservé pour 3 nuits, la première nuit nous avons eu une chambre tres etroite placée pret de l'ascenseur et le local des femmes de menages il y a avait beaucoup de bruit. La 2eme nuit meilleure chambre un peu plus spacieuse et au calme. Le petit-déjeuner était complet.

Bon hôtel
Il faut savoir que la piscine est à l’ombre à partir de 14h et que le petit déjeuné est minimaliste et répétitif. A part cela l’hôtel est propre, moderne et le personnel est accueillant.
