Maxx apart was booked, but when came , could not find it, called the phone number and guy came by car to the street where we were lost as we could not find the place and brought us to different place, and said that maxx apart is under renovation and we ll get duplex. When we came at 14 30 the room was dirty and full of sigarettes, sigarette smoke was bad, I said why is it dirty and smells , the guy said it is so, people smoke everywhere. I said I refuse to stay as I don’t smoke and can’t stand the smell. He showed other room , on minus one floor, the bedroom walls were all covered with black mold and the room smelled with humidity, I said it is unacceptable and he said no other room is available, he tried to say I am lucky as we got a duplex ... I said I did not need duplex , I needed exactly what I was booking - location and pictures of the maxx apart , and asked why no one informed place will be changed , room will be dirty on arrival and full of joints and sigarette smoke. He said sorry we are full.
So I will not recommend this place to book, as maxx apart does not seam to exist, on the google map in the neighborhood where it should be - nothing was found and the neighborhood said there is no maxx apart
