"Very helpful staff and updated hotel. Reserved two nonsmoking suites but one was on a nosmoking floor and the one on the smoking floor still smelled of stale smoke. Hotel is part of a block in old part of town with many begging children and old women that tugged at our hearts and guilt. Nice street market nearby"

The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, effortlessly communicating in both English and French, which made the experience even more seamless and enjoyable.
