Each bedroom has a double bed, and the kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, oven, electric kettle, rice cooker, and all necessary cooking utensils. Additionally, enjoy fast and free Wi-Fi, perfect for work or entertainment, as well as an iron and a clothes drying rack. Free parking is available for two cars.

Just a 5-minute walk away, you'll find all the amenities you need: buses, taxis, grocery stores, a pharmacy, and a local market.

You will have exclusive access to the entire second floor of the house as well as the garden. The ground floor and first floor are currently rented, but each floor is completely independent to ensure your privacy.
