"This really is a gem of a building/hotel and you can see the care and attention put into its restoration. We didn’t eat at the property, so I can’t speak to the restaurant. The bar was nice enough with lots of options. The gift shop is sort of an after thought and I think the basement space is totally underutilized and should be highlighted for guests to explore. We stayed in room 201 which is at the top of the stairs and you can really hear people stomping down the stairs while they use them, but there’s also an elevator that most people use. The room was nice and comfortable."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The house was cute, comfortable, and in a great location for what we needed. There was plenty of space for our group, the beds were comfortable, and we especially loved the outdoor space. It was a great home base for our retreat weekend and worked really well for us overall.The kitchen is definitely on the smaller side and there is only one bathroom, which is something larger groups may want to keep in mind, but neither kept us from enjoying our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!"
