  • Beautiful two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a modern residential complex, with a large, sunny terrace. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The apartment offers Wi-Fi, pool access and two secure parking spaces. Set in a quiet neighbourhood, it is close to shops, beaches and Exflora Park. Ideal for soaking up the sun and relaxing!



    The electricity metre will be read on arrival and departure, and you will be charged according to your consumption, including air conditioning use.



    A fixed fee applies to all late arrivals.



    Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee, excluding beach towels.



    Please note that an additional fee applies to arrivals after 8 pm, payable on arrival.

Pleasant stay. good apartment, excellent balcony but no pool loungers

Pros: The balcony on the apartment was excellent and well used. The position was ideal just 10 minutes walk to a good beach and restaurants by the port. Very easy to commute to Cannes and Antibes. Excellent help and support from Holidu staff. They went above and beyond when we needed assistance when our shower was broken. They acted as support and translated the hosts communications when required and also the workman's communications who replaced the shower. Cons: We didn't use the pool due to no pool furniture. Some of the light switches in the apartment were difficult to use. The host was off work for a time and there was no replacement staff that we were advised of when they were needed for help. Still waiting for the workman's invoice for insurance purposes. Not sure where we go with this. Very frustrating!

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta en un barrio tranquilo a 10 min andando de una playa de arena. Supermercado y tiendas a 5 min Cons: Casa cómoda, espaciosa y limpia. No falta detalle
