  • Spacious 60 m² two-room apartment with a beautiful terrace offering sea views, right in the heart of Juan-les-Pins, directly opposite the sandy beaches and the recently renovated promenade. Shops are located at the foot of the building. You have two large bedrooms, one with a sea view, as well as an open-plan kitchen connected to the living and dining area. Situated on the 3rd floor with elevator, the apartment features air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Everything is within walking distance: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and much more. We look forward to welcoming you for your holiday!
