Located on the 1st floor of an elegant and secure residence.
In the heart of Antibes, only 300 meters from the train station (4 minutes walk)
Sandy beaches (la Gravette) and old Antibes at 12 minutes walk.
All shops are in the immediate vicinity.
- Living room / fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed (140cm wide)
- Bedroom (12m²) with a double bed (140cm)
- Bathroom with bath and toilet
-Air conditioning throughout the apartment.
-Elevator.
Parking space in the basement of the residence available from July 26 until August 26 (included in the rental price)
Rental (sheets and towels) + arrival and departure cleaning included in the rental price.
