## Space

Pretty 2-room apartment with its large terrace which will be the perfect place for sunbathing or enjoying a delicious dinner at sunset. You will have no vis-à-vis, an unobstructed view as far as the Cap d'Antibes lighthouse, a little glimpse of the sea when the trees on Boulevard Foch are trimmed.
It consists of a living/dining room which leads to the south-facing terrace as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with balcony, a bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, pod coffee maker
The apartment is located on the 5th floor, with elevator.
You will be a 5-minute walk from the famous and magnificent Old Antibes but also going down Boulevard Foch you will reach the splendid Salis beach.
All shops are within walking distance, car-free holidays are possible.
Its private parking space and air conditioning will be real assets for an idyllic stay.
Linen and bath towels are included in your reservation. Toiletries are also made available to each traveler (shampoo, shower gel, soap).
