--- The hotel is beautiful. The location is also excellent. However, we arrived from Australia after a 34-hour flight and asked the reception if we could at least freshen up with a quick shower, as we arrived very early. We understood that check-in was only at 3 pm, and we didn’t expect early room access, but it would have been greatly appreciated if we could use the spa area just to shower before heading out. They stored our bags, which was helpful, but they did not allow us access to the spa facilities for a quick shower after such a long trip. Sometimes, small details like this can make a guest’s stay much more comfortable.
