Room was nice. My room #8 was the only room on the 2nd floor and it had an outside patio where the staff served my breakfast each day. The staff is great. Location is central, but quiet.

Staff is excellent, I love how close the hotel is to everything (walkable), love the safety and how there’s someone there at the desk 24/7. My room was decent, looked like the pictures. Breakfast was good and simple, they also had a great variety of snacks and drinks in the room.

Started with the amazing & helpful staff. Continued with awesome breakfast available prior to checking in. The room was spacious, open layout with a much needed spa tub w/ scrub & robes included. Hola. This hotel had many useful amenities - jacuzzi tub, refrigerator in room and a wonderful free breakfast; however, I continued to have problems with the breakfast being ready on time. I needed to get to my classes, so had to be late a few times. There was also construction next door during the night, but that wasn't the hotels fault! Other than the breakfast service, everything was fine.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff overall was helpful and very attentive when first checking in. However there was an issue with the free breakfast. There was nobody around when we were ready to have breakfast and the person who prepared it insisted that I pay extra for milk for my coffee. They later apologized and provided the milk but it was an unpleasant situation. Overall the place is nice and quiet and the bed was comfortable.

No complaints, free water and coffee. Good location close to everything. Where able to find us great accommodations to get to lake atitlan after our stay there. Clean and efficient, will stay again.
