Beautiful and spacious hotel in Antigua Guatemala with amazing views of the volcanoes. The staff are excellent people—very kind and welcoming. The only recommendation I have is to offer taxi services, as they don’t have them. Other than that, an excellent place to stay. Highly recommended!”

This hotel is perfect. My family and I had an issue with a different reservation which I had to immediately cancel. We found this hotel and the front desk employees were professional and amazing. The rooms were great. The hotel has their own restaurants and bar. All employees that we interacted with were very polite and professional. Also, there is a shopping center about 3 minutes from the hotel and it also has a supermarket. Highly recommend.
