Close to town, beautiful and quiet

We were two families with kids ages 3-10 and this place was absolutely perfect. I am originally from Guatemala and have stayed in many places in Antigua, but this one ranks at the top. Close enough to everything but on a secluded street so it was very peaceful.

Beautiful House

The location was great, quiet and beautiful. For some reason or another the property manager would only take calls if it was a “true emergency” he said. He should be available for any questions a client may have. I asked him a question through VRBO and never heard from him. We could not find the house at first but we did later without his help. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

COCKROACH ALERT! COCKROACHES! Owner is aware and will charge full amount despite damaged property

We stayed for one night after which we found cockroaches in the bathrooms and all over our pantry foods. Contacted owner and let him know our food had to be thrown away and we could not stay there with bugs. He said it was fine, and we should cancel the reservation with Vrbo, he then contacted VRBO himself and refused to release the reservation with them. We as guest are not able to cancel an active reservation and we let him know this to which he continued to refuse to cancel day after day until we were charged the full reservation. Owner knows how to work the Vrbo system. Be Careful.
