Luxury Oasis in Antigua w/pool and hot tub!

This spacious property has a beautiful heated outside pool and hot tub. An outside dinning area for 10 people and garden area to sunbathe and enjoy Guatemala's perfect climate. You will find an outside full pool bathroom with pool towels, shower and separate toilette.

A full kitchen and an indoor dinning table in an open space for up to 10 people is perfect for family and friends. Two living rooms with one 52" Smart TV and a small round casual dinning table.

Bedroom # 1
Has 2 queen size beds + full bathroom with Smart TV, shower, towels and amenities. Big size walk-in closet. For 4 adults or 2 adults + 2 children. Private garden access.

Bedroom # 2
Has 1 queen size bed + 1 full size bed, with Smart TV, full bathroom with shower, towels and amenities. Big size walk-in closet. For 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child. Beautiful garden and pool view.

Studio
Has 1 full size sofa bed with a beautiful garden view.

Master Bedroom
Has 1 king size bed + 1 semi-full sofa bed, Smart TV, fire place, balcony with view of the Acatenango and Fuego Volcanos, full bathroom, towels and amenities. Big size walk-in closet.

Extra Beds
If you need extra sleeping space for your family or friends, please let us know in advance so we can fix one or two of our comfortable sofa beds. We have 1 inflatable mattres available too.

Parking
The property includes 2 parking spaces in front of the house. Please let us know if more cars are coming with you when booking because the gated community has a US$20 extra charge per car per night.

The house was truly beautiful and close to all desired activities in Antigua.The property is well endowed with everything you could need for a family vacation or small group retreat.Safety and ease were our priority and this property met all of our expectations.

The property was absolutely fantastic! The pool and hot tub offered extremely relaxing ends to our days and there was privacy so we never felt like we could be seen by neighbors. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable! The kitchen had all amenities we needed to cook and we enjoyed wonderful meals together. The decor of the house is fantastically done - it very much has a resort feel with added privacy. We appreciated a TV in everyone so we could have our own downtime while also share a meal together and hang out on the couch. Overall, the property was extremely thoughtful - we had throw blankets, tons of mosquito repellent options, recommendations of where to eat, a grocery store a 5 minute Uber ride/20 minute walk away, and easy communication with the hosts! The only feedback I would offer is we did not have the clearest check in instructions (e.g., we did not realize the importance of ensuring we gave all guest names and IDs to the property managers in advance because the property has guards, we had to be verified which we appreciated) or check out instructions. Overall, this was the perfect, relaxing, conveniently located, and truly aesthetically pleasing AND comfortable property. The cherry on top was the fantastic communication by Sarah and Paula who were quick to respond and offer feedback. All in all, 10/10 - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
