"Staff were incredibly friendly throughout our stay. The room was functional but was kept clean with daily housekeeping. The private beach was wonderful with stunning views across the harbour. Daily breakfast was delivered to your door and brought many a smile to our faces but it filled a hole. "

"We stayed in a very clean and quaint one bedroom, #12 which is upstairs. Met a few others there who were very nice. Two bottles of cold water, one of wine with flowers to greet us. All you would need to prepare heated meals, very nice refrigerator and everything any hotel provides, all done very nicely. Security is provided with fence and electronic gate opener. Finding Neem was just a tad difficult but once on the dirt road off main it was marked with signs. The location was on a hillside and not on a beach but beaches are nearby and this location was Close to many sites including Falmouth Bay, Nelson’s Dockyard and not far from Shirley Heights. My wife and I enjoyed our stay "

"We really love it and have stayed often. The staff are exceptionally helpful, friendly and courteous. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard and have been carefully renovated in recent times. The view of the marina is constantly changing and the location is perfect for visiting restaurants and bars in the evening. Falmouth is a great place for visiting other areas of the island. "

"10! Rent this villa! Clare and Nathan have every detail perfectly attended to! They are available all the time! The villa has amazing sunsets and a great kitchen and restaurants are close! This was the best villa we have stayed at. The birthday celebrations were breathtaking and my best friend was in tears on arrival because Clare had decorated it beautifully and provided champagne and cake!!! We will be back. Thank for the best week of our lives!!!"
