This property was lovely from the lobby fireplace to the pool and Jacuzzi. We were surprised it had a low star rating. The staff was helpful.

This is our thrid stay at this property.. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very accomodating.. Jason at the front desk remembered us and made the check in process easy and fast. Sara and Ray in Fox's also remembered us and were friendly and professional . Made us feel like "regulars". Our stay was enjoyable non stressful. We are looking forward to returning in a couple months. Keep up the great customer service!

It’s good but the hot tub was gross looking and was not available for use while is why I chose to stay here, so I was really bummed out since I’ve stayed twice in under a week

Nice hotel!
My husband and I enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. We loved the bar, pool and hot tub! The breakfast was o.k. Good coffee.

Pool area is nicer than most. Some nice local options for dining very close by (cafe and pizza place). Full bar and gaming which looked fine but I didn’t try.

Our room and the hallways were smelling really bad (cigarette and weed). We asked for another room and they give it to us with no problem. At midnight the fire alarm was activated at the whole hotel and it stopped 20 minutes after. We liked very much the breakfast. Staff very friendly

I give the hotel and its staff high praises. The staff was friendly the room was perfect. Clean, beds , bedding and pillows very clean and so comfortable. I enjoyed how quiet the room was which gave me a good nights sleep. I appreciated the breakfast room and the menu items were perfect. I liked the fact there’s an indoor pool and bar which I will partake on my next stay here . My family will stay here whenever we are in the Antioch location .

The pool was very dirty. Staff was nice up until check out, then I got a knock on the door followed by a call to the room both stating it was 11 o'clock therefore asking if I intended to stay another night. When walking out I was confronted in the lobby about the same thing. I informed staff each time I was grabbing my things to leave and booking thru Expedia states checkout is at 12. So Rude!

Worth the stay
Natalie at the front desk is very nice and welcoming. I stay every week 2-3 nights a week. The other front staff are also awesome. Very friendly.

Had a great stay in the Presidential Suite. Very roomy and all the other facilities within the property were maintained very well. Staff was helpful and friendly and they have a solid free breakfast. I would definitely book again.

Disappointment
This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel and, unfortunately, will be my last. I've never had a problem before, but this last time the room wasn't as clean as the times before: there was a hair in the sink, cobwebs in the corner, and as we were packing our things in the morning we saw a cockroach. I was disappointed because I've always enjoyed staying at this hotel and the staff has always been really nice.
