House Description Bougainvillea House was one of the first holiday homes to be built in Agios Georgios, the original owner being an architect - and it shows. It is absolutely gorgeous, yet understated, completely restored and renovated in 2023. Bougaivillea sits in a very privileged location in the town area of Agios Georgios, steps away from the quiet beaches and the local tavernas. The private pool invites you to lounge in the sun and enjoy the views, especially to the west during the golden hour. The home consists of a main house and guest house with open views to the south and west, as well as a unique inner courtyard lined with high trees, perfect for a family dinner under the stars. The fuchsia colour of the bougainvilleas combine perfectly with the Cycladic white and the Aegean blue to create a unique sense of serenity and style. The tastefully restored interiors are extremely comfortable, yet very ‘light’ to the eye, enhancing this calming effect.
