"The home was incredibly clean. I walked around in slipper socks the whole trip and was impressed by how clean they remained. It was nice to be so close to Trenton St with all the cute boutiques and antique shops. I didn’t expect to hear the train whistle after 10:00pm or before 8:00am but for the price I found the home to be a great value and would stay again. The home was very quaint with lovely decor. "

"I’ve stayed here in the past it was ok this time price was over 100.00 assumes they had remodeled it. I get there and that was not the case. It’s run down since last I stayed nasty dirty linens shower was DISGUSTING hair on the walls, long hair on the sheets I mean GROSSSSSSSSS! I needed a tetnis after being in there. At 100.00 plus I’d expect wayyyy more. "

"This was the worst Comfort Suites I have ever stayed at. We had problems with the TV. The microwave didn’t work. The bath tub needs a bath mat or new gripping strips. It was slippery taking a shower. The breakfast was not like other hot breakfast. Sausage and Biscuits one day. Add bacon and eggs the next. Then back to sausage and biscuits. Waffle maker. No selection of fruit. Lobby was dirty. Outside was not well kept. "

"Sean and Rose were excellent hosts who couldn’t do enough for me throughout my stay. The parking options are fine (whilst I was able to park right outside, there’s ample other parking either side of the hotel!). My room was fantastic (including the “his and hers” shower) and the bed was extremely comfortable. The honesty bar was a lovely touch - and the roof terrace was great to have a couple of sundowners on. And breakfast this morning was excellent too! I’d highly recommend this property to anyone visiting West Monroe!"
