Independent hotels in Antsiranana Province, Madagascar

We stayed here for 1 night on our way to another island. It is situated on its own beach about 15 minutes from the airport in a beautiful and quiet location. The staff were very nice and attentive, the food good, the room confortable and quiet and the gardens well maintained. Please note that the lodge's website doesnt do it any justice. It was much nicer than we expected. Overall it was good value for the price and we would return.

Very nice relaxing place with friendly owner and staff.If you want peace and quiet to relax it's for you if you want parties and nightlife it's not for you.Food was very good in restaurant.

Booked a seafront bungalow at this resort for only 1 night as they were booked. This place really exceeded my expectations on all levels. Having just come from Mauritius staying in the hilton and lux hotel this place made those hotels feel inferior. Ravintsara resort is located on the best part of ambaro beach. The rooms are huge, comfortablr and clean. The beds are very comfortable and good WiFi is available throughout the resort. Last but not least the restaurant was fantastic for both...

Lovely set of bungalows, very comfortable. Main restaurant/bar is elevated with a great view down to the sea, both from the tables and sofas and from the infinity pool which is right there (the Grand Bleu is not itself actually on the beach). The hosts were attentive and the service was excellent. Accommodation prices were on the low side for this level in Nosy Be (which is all expensive by Madagascar standards); food and drink prices perhaps a little higher. Food was excellent. Just wanted to relax for a few days in Diego. Nice hotel and affordable. Would stay again.
