"Staff were Friendly and nice. Outside the property is nice. Food is good. We got a room in ground floor overlooking a neighbor house. Fence only had few trees and some sort of a roofing material (takaran sheets). People are constantly walking by the room and looking inside. Because of it, we were unable to leave the blinds open. "Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised This hotel looked great in the Expedia photos, but upon arrival, it was a completely different story—false advertising at its finest. The property looked nothing like the pictures, and mosquitoes were a major issue throughout our stay. Right away, we encountered problems with the hot water in our room. The room was a very good size - a little outdated and reminded me of something from the 1970s, but it was nice and everyone was very helpful. Nothing wrong with Milano Tourist Rest - but don't expect a 5 star hotel! It does have a character of its own from glorious days of the past. Just use a little imagination."

"The main reason i score this hotel 1 star is because the hotel manager ripped me off on a tour.. he charged me 130 euro on the basis i was the only booking… he subsequently sold a couple later that day and charged them 80 euro each… of course i asked what they paid, so i was annoyed and told him… eventually he refunded approx 25 euro… not a good experience at all… One other small but interesting point.. one breakfast i didn’t get to choose from the menu.. i was served beef curry..without a choice, from the last nights dinner menu Don’t stay here!!!"
