Not a nice hotel

The property is a newly built house, great design, very ill maintained. Smelly blankets, no bedsheet between the blanket and your body. Uncleaned rags in front of the bathroom. No tea-coffee and hot water kettle in the room, no water bottle in the room. I paid $43 for my stay, seems there are better options nearby at half the price.

Olimme täällä yhden yön, tarkoituksena kiertää Anuradhapuran temppeleitä. Sijainti oli syrjässä keskustasta, mutta saavuimme vasta illallisen jälkeen ja lähdimme heti aamupalan jälkeen, joten sijainti ei haitannut. Temppelit on niin laajalla alueella, että niiden kiertämiseen tarvitsee joka tapauksessa jonkun kulkupelin. Tämä paikka järjesti meille auton ja kuljettajan. Huoneessa piti olla yksi iso ja yksi tavallinen parisänky. Molemmat olivat samankokoisia, suomalaisen parisängyn kokoluokkaa. Otimme lisämaksusta aamiaisen. Siihen kuului nakkeja, paahtoleipää ja omeletti. Rakennus oli jo nähnyt jo parhaat päivänsä ja se oli aika yksinkertainen. Huone oli kuitenkin siisti.

Rasika a member of staff was awesome. He seemed to do everything, from cooking to serving to carrying your bags. He went over and above. Great value for miney and the food was good and large portions.

Het hotel was niet schoon. Er zat een kakkerlak op onze kamer. Het personeel sprak haast geen Engels en werden erg onvriendelijk toen we de tuk tuk wilde naar het centrum. We hadden maar 1 handdoek, in onze deken zaten gaten. Kortom geen aanrader
