Quiet neighborhood, friendly staff that are willing to go that extra mile to accommodate visitors. Some English speaking staff so please learn the Japanese language or ready yourself with Google translate or other translation app. Check in and out simple and easy. Employee by the name of LaPai (hope that's correct) was always willing to converse in English and it made my stay so much more enjoyable. On site laundry too, which is great so you don't have to pack much!
Will definitely refer others to stay here if looking for great place in Shinjuku.

All are good , only that the carpet is very dirty, pillow is too thin, and we walked to Kasai Lumiere that the breakfast is more better then Hotel Lumiere Nishikasai, we don’t know why same price but different food of breakfast

"We stayed for 3 days at Hotel Gracery. We had a room with two beds. By Japanese standards it was ok as we found out when we stayed an another hotel with 2 beds.
