Hotel is situated a distance from the train station. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are staying for more than 1 night. Rooms are well size and very clean. Bed is comfortable too

Room was great and super cute with the lanterns. Wish the hotel buffet had a dinner option. The other restaurant in the hotel needed dinner reservations and it wasn't really suitable for our family with three young kids.

A lovely hotel in a lovely town, very romantic atmosphere with the snow and all the scenery. An immense amount of things to do in Aomori and the hotel only served well in its hospitality.

Hotel has some nice Nebuta float style items in the lobby location has parking right next to it and other contracted ones nearby if you have a rental car. The room itself is your typical Japanese room, small, big enough for your bed and that's it. It was a bit dry but they had the heat on since it was pretty much under 8 degrees the entire few days we were in there. Staff was nice, obviously because this is not Tokyo, staff speak very little English so you should use your translator app/device if needed. While I was there, they did have a fluent English speaker there that made everything a lot easier as well. Location is close to the waterfront where you can then follow to the Tourist building then to the museum and A factory and Beach.

Really nice hotel. Staff were great and were extremely accomodating by using a translating device to communicate! The free apple juice was a great bonus as well. There are not many places to go around the hotel but the hotel itself was excellent. Would stay again!

A good location with walkable dining options. Parking is next to the building and can easily accommodate a large hiace, for example. The room was very clean. Super cool art in the lobby. I will stay here again the next time I visit Aomori.
