Fomos bem recepcionados quando chegamos. Pousada simples e bem limpa, confortável. Café da manhã é razoável, com poucas variedades, mas oque estava sendo servido era gostoso. A única coisa que deixa a desejar é o espaço, o lugar é muito pequeno, a linha de servir é minúscula e fica todo mundo amontoado. Estacionamento é minúsculo e a chave tem que deixar com pessoal do hotel. A única experiência desagradável que vivenciamos foi no dia de ir embora, em que nós planejamos sair cedo e o rapaz que estava recepção, aparentemente sozinho, tinha que fazer tudo, como tirar todos os carros da garagem, preparar café da manhã para servir as 06:30 e atender na recepção. E ele estava nitidamente desagradado da situação e de mal humor, pois não conversava e nem nos respondia. Só após um tempo, que outros funcionários chegaram. E o hotel não é perto da basílica, é bem distante. Eu não conhecia a cidade e pelas informações no anúncio achei que seria próximo, mas não é.

Fomos bem atendidos, nos permitindo early check-in. Pousada simples, limpa, era o que eu precisava para passar uma noite. Ar condicionado, boa cama, chuveiro com água abundante e quente, estacionamento sem custo. O café da manhã achei ótimo. Tinha um self-service no almoço bem próximo à pousada. Na pousada serve jantar também, mas não posso opinar porque não jantei lá. Bom custo-benefício.

Razoável , vazo solto , descarga do banheiro não funciona , juntaram duas camas de solteiro para fazer a de casal , sem colchão , não tem nada haver com as fotos que colocaram no site , a única coisa que salva e o atendimento , achei muito deixada !!

Escolhi este hotel por optar por pagar no local, mas infelizmente meu cartão foi cobrado antecipadamente. O quarto apresentou condições decepcionantes: a porta estava velha e descascada, com escada de acesso bastante precária. O café da manhã deixou a desejar, com poucas opções, e a cama não era confortável. Uma experiência abaixo do esperado.

Simples e tranquila

A pousada é simples, mas bem organizada. Fomos recebidos com cordialidade e prestatividade. A limpeza do quarto estava adequada e o mesmo acomodou bem três pessoas. As camas não eram muito confortáveis, mas, como só ficamos uma noite, isso não foi um grande problema. O ar condicionado no quarto funcionou direitinho. O café da manhã foi muito bom e com boa variedade de itens. A pousada tem poucas vagas de estacionamento. Fomos avisados no check-in que existia uma garagem auxiliar na mesma rua que a pousada usava também para guardar carros de hóspedes, mas optamos por deixar na rua mesmo. Foi tudo tranquilo.
