  • Apartment 2 in the "Landhaus zur Seebrücke" combines a prime beachside location with a beautiful outdoor area. The south-facing terrace with private garden access invites you to relax outside—perfect for guests who want flexibility between beach, apartment, and garden.



    The apartment is designed for 2 to 3 people; a maximum of 4 guests is possible. The separate bedroom features a double bed. In the living-dining area, there is a sofa bed for occasional use—ideal for an additional person or a child, though it does not replace a full bed.



    On approximately 36 m², you will find a living-dining area, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, free Wi-Fi, and a TV. The south-facing terrace leads directly into the garden—perfect for sunny days outdoors. A parking space at the house is also available.



    Landhaus zur Seebrücke is located near the beach in Dahme on the Baltic Sea. The beach and promenade are just a few minutes’ walk away, and supermarket, bakery, and restaurants are close by. The house contains a total of 6 well-maintained holiday apartments.
