Clean room! very practical to go to the airport. Carpet in common areas a little run out and could be replaced. There is a shuttle to/from the airport. Just take into consideration that there is no bus between noon and 9pm from the airport to the hotel (don't know why)

Residenza Ariosto
Lovely apartment. Super central location and easy to get around. The heating did not work but they did give me a portable heater and it was fine. The staff was polite and helpful (not always a given in Italy tbh)
